POEM
What seems so far away, is the balloon I have always dreamt to touch. Can you hear me up there? Will you appear quickly, for I'll be sleeping soon?
Oh, full moon, how radiant, resplendent and gleamy you look.
In that great and lonely journey of the stars through space, I'll be your companion.
The sky above is a dark shade of blue, pailing and shrinking before it moves. Yes, I know you fish alone and sail alone in it and I am alone in my room with none of my eyes closed. Can we both sail through the sky? Can I take time to breathe in your magical Light? Can I release my anxiety into your beams? I know, you are aware of my menace and you can gently guide me through the darkest of the night and ease me into the glaring light of the day.
I am Waiting for the Full Moon, the companion I always have but again you are never mine and always far away.
